Cosmic Connection — Terms & Conditions

Cosmic Connection is operated by Andreia Hamer, trading as Cosmic Connection ("we", "us", "our"), of Unit 170705, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, contactable at [email protected]

These Terms & Conditions apply to: (a) Soul Sessions, Astrology readings, and Moonology readings ("Sessions"); and (b) digital sacred journals and other downloadable digital products ("Digital Products") offered through cosmic-connection.com, our associated social media platforms, and any direct communication with Andreia Hamer (together, the "Services").

By booking, purchasing, or paying for any Service, or by otherwise engaging Andreia Hamer for a Session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

1. Nature of the Services

All Sessions, readings, and related content (including social media and YouTube content) are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal development purposes. In some jurisdictions, this disclosure is a legal requirement for astrology and energy-work services; we make it as standard practice regardless of where you are located.

No Session or piece of content is, or is intended to be, a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapeutic, or counselling advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

Andreia Hamer conducts every Session with honesty and care, but does not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, interpretation, or level of accuracy. You should use your own judgement and are responsible for any decisions you make in connection with a Session or our content.

2. Confidentiality

Sessions are treated as confidential. We will not disclose the content of a Session to a third party, except where:

we are required to do so by law or a valid court order;

we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or another person; or

you give us written permission to do so.

3. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, Andreia Hamer and Cosmic Connection accept no liability for actions, decisions, or outcomes arising from your use of a Session, reading, or any content we publish (including YouTube videos and blog posts), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Your Conduct

We do not tolerate verbal abuse or harassment, in any form, directed at Andreia Hamer or anyone associated with Cosmic Connection. Any such conduct is grounds for immediate termination of a Session without refund. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials we create or share with you — including session recordings, written interpretations, journals, videos, and other content — remain the intellectual property of Andreia Hamer / Cosmic Connection. You may not publish, reproduce, distribute, or archive this material without our prior written permission.

Social sharing: you're welcome to share our public social media content on your own social platforms, provided you credit Cosmic Connection / Andreia Hamer clearly.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and, where applicable, EU GDPR). Full details of what we collect, why, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy — by using our Services, you confirm you have read it.

7. Payment

Sessions and Digital Products must be paid for in advance of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds — Sessions

Cancel or reschedule a booked Session with at least 24 hours' written notice for a full refund or a rescheduled slot (subject to availability).

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable, though we'll do our best to offer a reschedule where possible.

This does not affect any statutory right you may have to cancel a service contract before the Session takes place, where applicable under distance-selling law.

9. Digital Products (Sacred Journals & Downloads)

Digital Products are delivered electronically. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed, UK/EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, but this right is lost once you have downloaded or accessed the content, provided you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right at checkout.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the file, you may request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]

Faulty or corrupted files will be replaced or refunded on request.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and take precedence where they conflict with this clause. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly. UK consumers may also be entitled to use an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider; details will be provided on request.

12. General

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cosmic Connection regarding the Services.

Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your booking or purchase applies.

By booking, paying for, or otherwise using any Cosmic Connection Service, you confirm you have had the opportunity to ask questions, that you understand these Terms, and that you agree to them freely and voluntarily.
